To provide personalized insights and habit suggestions, Flexi Habit may send certain habit-related data—including habit names, actions, check-ins, effort levels (e.g., mini/plus/hero), and timestamps—to OpenAI’s language models. This data is processed securely and solely for generating customized advice or motivational feedback.
No personally identifiable information (such as names or contact details) is included in this process. By using the app, you consent to this data being used for AI-powered personalization.
